As the shock of the first show winds down. . .

Political Pistachio Radio was a success, I think, maybe, possibly. Now that I have a new microphone, the show will include me as well. Mudkitty, my resident liberal, however, ran away with the show. Did I cater to her? Perhaps. But this Saturday, the liberal visitor of many conservative blogs is going down, and I plan to enjoy watching Mrs. Pistachio accomplish that feat.

That's right, I got ran over by a Mack Truck called Mudkitty, and Mrs. Pistachio wants to know why, and she'll do more than ask Mudkitty why she doesn't believe in God. Listen to the fireworks go off this Saturday at 4 pm Pacific/7 pm Eastern/2 am somewhere in Europe.

Wide Awakes Radio is suffering from stream problems, and until they get it all straightened out, I plan to use BlogTalk Radio to have my shows. Probably a mid-week show and a Saturday show. Mrs. Pistachio (my wife Virginia) has agreed to do the show with me. Exact times and links will be forthcoming.

Branching Out

As the date of my Saturday radio show's premiere on Wide Awakes Radio remains unconfirmed, I am considering adding a Tuesday night show on Blog Talk Radio. I will keep you posted.

As Wide Awakes Radio attempts to update their system, the radio show is on hold until further notice. I hope next weekend I'll be on. Stay tuned.

Still waiting for confirmation of premiere date

Wide Awakes Radio is currently off the air as the owner of the network changes the servers hoping to provide a better stream, and more options for the listeners, such as podcasting.

The premiere date for Political Pistachio Radio is still not confirmed. . . I will post the date when it is. The original plan was to have the new servers up immediately after the Super Bowl, but Kender has encountered some unexpected obstacles.

When I first began discussing the upcoming show, I stated the premiere date could be either February 10th, or the 17th. As the 10th approaches, I am saddened to say it may be pushed to the 17th.

Everything is being done to bring the premiere date up as soon as possible, and I am chomping at the bit to get the show started.
